He took over my property sale after another real estate firm failed to deliver after 2 house sales had fallen through, and with an unfavorable building inspection report from a prospective purchaser. Only minor remedial work was required and had been carried out. They were eager to walk me through all the steps as they arose as I was stressed out due to the unpleasant and unjustified experiences I had with the prior real estate firm. They received interest in my property from a buyer the very first open home, full disclosure of the history of my home was given to the purchasers, and a subsequent unconditional offer was obtained within 16 days of listing, and at a significantly higher price than previously received.
